Booking terms

1. Booking

You can book by form, email, phone or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once we confirm it to you in writing (email or message).

2. Prices

All prices are in euros. Equipment is not included in dive prices unless stated; equipment can be rented. Course certification is with IAC or PADI; PADI certification costs €130 extra. Current prices are on our prices page.

3. Requirements

Divers must be medically fit to dive and must bring proof of certification for dives other than Discover Scuba Diving. We may ask you to complete a medical questionnaire and sign a liability and safety statement before diving. Minimum ages: Discover Scuba Diving and Open Water Diver from 10 years, Advanced Open Water Diver from 12 years. Minors need the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Safety and weather

Safety comes first. Our instructors and skippers may change, shorten or cancel a dive or course because of weather, sea conditions or safety concerns. If we cancel, we offer a new date or refund what you paid for the part not delivered.

5. Cancellation by you

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of your dive or course. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start, or do not show up, no refund is given. Please tell us as early as possible if you cannot come.

6. Equipment

Rented equipment must be handled with care. You are liable for loss or damage caused by misuse or negligence.

7. Liability and insurance

Diving carries inherent risks. We dive according to the standards of the training organisation and with qualified staff. We recommend dive accident and travel insurance. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except where the law provides otherwise, for example for injury to life, body or health.

8. Applicable law

Croatian law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
