Everything people ask us before their first dive.
Do I need diving experience?
No. Discover Scuba Diving is made for complete beginners: a briefing, practice in shallow water and a guided dive with an instructor. You only need to be comfortable in water.
How old do I have to be?
The minimum age is 10 for Discover Scuba Diving and the Open Water Diver course, and 12 for the Advanced Open Water Diver course. Under-18s need a parent or guardian to sign the forms.
Do I need a medical check?
Everyone answers a short medical questionnaire before diving. If you answer YES to any question, a doctor may need to confirm that you are fit to dive. Complete it online before you come: Discover Scuba Diving check-in or check-in for boat dives and courses.
What can I cancel and when?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the start. If you cancel later or do not show up, there is no refund. Details: Booking terms.
Can I rent equipment?
Yes, we rent diving equipment. Current prices are on the price page.
I am already certified. What should I bring?
Please bring your certification card and logbook, and fill in the online check-in before your first dive.
